Introduction
Ming Li received his Ph.D. degree in 2009 from Shizuoka University in Japan, and joined the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences as a professor in 2013.
He has published more than 120 SCI articles, including one Nature Photonics article, four Nature Communications articles, one Light: Sciences & Applications article, six invited review articles in IEEE JSTQE/JQE/JLT, and 3 Postdeadline papers at the international conference on microwave photonics.
He has applied 39 invention patents, 8 of which have been granted (including 1 patent granted by the United States).
He has chaired several international conferences (e.g. IEEE MWP2018, SPIE Optics+Photonics 2014, 2016, 2018) and has been invited to act as TPC co-chair for IEEE MWP 2019.
Research Interests
Optoelectronic devices and integration technology.
