To request permission to use content from the Journal of Semiconductors, please email rqjin@semi.ac.cn providing as much information as possible about the content you wish to reuse (including journal name, volume number, article number, figure numbers (if applicable) and how you wish to reuse the content, including the type of publication and who the proposed publisher is).

We aim to provide an initial response to all permission requests within two working days.
When permission is not needed
If you are the original author of the content you wish to reuse, you don't need to request permission.
